Rivalry Trophy products are custom-made replicas of some of college football’s more renowned trophies. Every effort has been made to recreate the look and feel of these actual trophies. In some cases trophies that appear to have flaws are actually reflective of the actual trophy. No trademarked insignias, logos or mottos are used on our trophies.
Our products are not toys, and they are not intended to be used as such. Playing with our trophies will cause them to break, and no returns will be accepted in such circumstances.
We are not to be held responsible if the purchaser decides to utilize trademarked items once the product is in his/her possession.
Rest assured that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Once an order is confirmed we will ship your trophy (trophies) within 48 hours. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order and weight, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Our shipping charges ensure that we have appropriate tracking in the event you do not receive your order, it is lost or broken.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.
You may return your unused and unopened product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Expect a full refund in the same manner in which the item was purchased. Allow 7 to 14 days upon receiving the item to process your return. It may take up to 30 days after that for the return to be visible on your next credit card statement.
If you believe you’ve purchased a defective trophy then it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact Rivalry Trophy, LLC. within 15 days of delivery, and we will be happy to replace your product with another. However in order to replace trophies damaged during shipping we will need photos of the damaged trophy or the actual returned trophy itself. Photos of the box and the broken trophy will be needed.
